New Worship Options at Dillon Road

On March 18, Dillon Road Baptist Church will begin offering two different worship options to meet the needs of our current congregation as well as drawing in new people and families from our community. The Legacy service will meet at 9:15 am and will feature a more traditional style of worship and music such as hymns. EXALT, starting at 10:45, is our new Contemporary Worship Experience and will feature a Praise Band. Pastor John Malek will speak at both services.

Dillon Road offers Bible Study classes for all ages, as well as the two worship options. Ladies’, Men’s, and the Co-ed class will meet during the 10:45 service. Rebels with a Cause (youth 6th -12th grades) and Young Plus Adults (18 on up) will meet during the 9:15 service, while kid’s classes from birth through 5th grade will be offered during both services.

Dillon Road also offers Bible Study for Adults at 6:30 pm on Wednesday nights. Pastor Lou McCarthy, Dillon Road’s youth pastor, also holds a Bible Study and fun time for youth on Wednesday night at 6pm. “The kids are eagerly waiting for the start of EXALT,” he says. “They really get into their music, and are looking forward to worshipping with the songs they like in church.”
